Heya, I’m Coach Dee. Computer Science Engineer by education. I spent years in the corporate world and know exactly what it feels like to juggle deadlines, long work hours, travel stress, and still want to feel strong and confident in your body.
That’s why I built Grind Lab Fitness: A highly customized Online Nutrition, Fitness & Lifestyle coaching for busy people who want a plan that fits their life – with an added layer of weekly accountability so you never fall off the wagon.

Most programs hand you a plan and hope you “stay motivated.”
I coach you through real life: busy weeks, travel, stress, social events, and the moments you usually fall off. You’ll get a plan that fits your schedule plus accountability so you actually follow it.

Yes 100% online. You can train at your gym, at home, or while traveling. Everything is delivered through your coaching app, and we stay in touch through check-ins + messaging.

No. If you have a gym, great. If you don’t, also great. I’ll build your plan based on what you have access to (gym / home / minimal equipment) and what you actually enjoy doing.

You’ll follow your custom training plan + nutrition targets during the week.
Then we do a weekly check-in where I review your progress (training, nutrition, habits, feedback) and adjust your plan so you keep moving forward.

You can message me anytime. I respond during business hours and you’ll typically hear back within 24 hours (Mon-Fri + Sun). (Translation: you won’t feel alone doing this.)

Most people notice changes in energy, strength, and consistency within 2-3 weeks.
Visible body composition changes usually show up around 4-8 weeks, depending on your start point and how consistent you are.

Totally fine. I coach around your preferences and lifestyle (vegetarian, South Asian food, dining out, allergies, etc.). You’re not getting a “chicken + broccoli” meal plan unless you actually want that.

No problem. If 1:1 isn’t the right step right now, I’ll point you to a lower-commitment option or a free resource that makes sense for your goal. I’d rather help you take the right step than sell you the wrong one.
